Contributions to Charity:

L’Artisane Box™ a Division of Patch Me Up,® LLC, dedicates a portion of proceeds that go to the ‘Twilight Wish Foundation’, Gesundheit! Institute, Go-Red, American Heart Association, St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital, Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital in Palo Alto, CA, American Breast Cancer Association, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, American Liver Foundation, American Cancer Society, Cancer Reserch, Leukemia & Feeding America, Lymphoma Society San Francisco and PETA. We hope our customers will appreciate the fact that they are helping others when purchasing our products.

General Ordering Information:

No minimum order! We ship via FedEx only to all 50 states, Canada and France. Your phone number is required to process your order. We value your time and privacy, therefore we do not sell or exchange your information.

Secure Ordering On-line:

You can be assured that your online transaction is safe and secure. We have an SSL Certificate from GoDaddy.com. You will notice the padlock symbol for GoDaddy.com Security. We do not keep any credit card or check information on file, all your information goes straight to Authorize.com our Merchant Account for your safety and ours. If you have any questions about your security, contact our Customer Service Department.

Customer Information:

We only gather information about customers (name, address, credit card number, etc.) at the time an order is placed, and this information is used only to fill orders. We don’t sell, give, or trade customer information to anyone for any purpose, and it is our policy never to do so in the future.

Your E-mail Privacy:

Any email we send to customers relates to their orders – confirmation of receipt, shipment, or notification of any processing problems. We do send out updates on current or upcoming sales unsolicited marketing emails. In the future, we might have a periodic newsletter for interested clients, but only those who request it. The client reserves the right to continue or discontinue e-mails from us at any time.

Damaged Product:

All product should be inspected upon arrival from the shipping carrier. Damages should be reported to the shipping carrier (FedEx or common carrier) immediately upon receipt of the product.

Return Policy:

All Non-Custom Boxes are subject to a 20% restocking fee and no refund of any shipping costs. The buyer needs to notify us via e-mail, mail or by phone within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise in order to receive an authorization from us before returning the merchandise. We are sorry but we cannot authorize a return on any Customized Boxes and or with Personalized Name Tags and Silk Screened Logos. To receive the maximum refund, the item(s) must be returned in good resale condition.

If merchandise is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately so we can process damage or lost claim with the delivering carrier. We will need the shipment number, your name, address and date received to process it. It will be at our discretion to determine whether to give you an authorized credit memo or replace it with another new item in kind.

No Responsibility To Sell Incorrectly Priced Products:

L’Artisane Box™ shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Patch Me Up shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, L’Artisane Box™ shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge at the earliest convenience.
